The sun's rays splash upon my dormant face
Morning star ascending the vertical horizon
A source of warmth and cheerfulness
Bright
Illuminating
Medicine to my soul
Bringing life back to the earth
Resurrecting the air of spring
Equinox!
Intersecting the ecliptic!
Coincident with the Aries fire!
At ramming speed
My surface reaches out...recounting
A canvas rendezvous with the brush
Days of vernal; I am refreshed!
Awakening my creative flow...
Which way will my mind go?
